You must notify us immediately if you decide to cancel your order, preferably by phone, and quote your order number/every details of the order possible. We may cancel a contract due to service unavailability or for any other reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made. If the cancellation was made in time before the delivery are dispatched, we will refund or re-credit your debit or credit card with the full amount within 7-10 days, which includes the initial delivery charge (where applicable) which you paid for the delivery of the Goods or the Services, as applicable. If the refund is not adjusted within 10 days of initiating, you have to call us to get further assistance.
